Dangerous Driving

Dangerous driving is when the driving falls far below the standard of the ordinary, competent and prudent driver, and it is also established that the driving was dangerous, i.e. that there was a considerable risk of damage or injury.  This is a serious criminal allegation that can result in a lengthy custodial sentence and a minimum period of disqualification of twelve months coupled with a compulsory retest. It is sometimes a difficult offence for the Crown to prove and it therefore vital to enlist our specialist advice and representation.
