Regulatory work

It is an offence to use certain vehicles without a fully working Tachograph that is functioning and running.

It will only be regarded as fully functioning as long as it capable regula0905of recording; driving time, distance, speed, rest periods and more. It is also an offence if a Tachograph is forged, altered or falsified. A Tachograph offence may result in a fine and even a custodial sentence in the most serious cases.
