Regulatory work
It is an offence to use certain vehicles without a fully
working Tachograph that is functioning and running.
It will only be regarded as fully functioning as long as it
capable
of recording; driving time, distance, speed, rest
periods and more. It is also an offence if a Tachograph is forged,
altered or falsified. A Tachograph offence may result
in a fine and even a custodial sentence in the most serious
cases.
There are a number of defences available and/or technical,
factual arguments that may be put forward on your behalf. So if
