Totting Up to 12 Points - Penalty Points

As a result of the increase in speed cameras and number of offences which incur penalty points, it is easier than ever to accrue points.  Totting up occurs when the points amount to twelve and the mandatory disqualification is six months unless exceptional hardship is accepted by the Court.
